All products, including complete windshield repair systems, may be returned within 30 days
of purchase for a full refund. Products must be in new condition. If used, the product will be inspected and evaluated by Clear Solutions Canada for damage, missing product, etc. A restocking fee will be charged for product returns found not to be in new condition. Typically this charge is 10% of the purchase price, but may vary depending on the condition of the returned product.
Products with a limited lifetime warranty. These products are guaranteed to be free from all defects in materials and workmanship for the entire life of the product.

All other Products are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for thirty days from the date of purchase. Consumable and disposable products, including but not limited to, light bulbs, tubes, filters, injector seals, razor blades, carbide burs and batteries, are not covered by this warranty but may carry specific manufacturers' warranties.
In no event will Clear Solutions Canada Inc. be responsible to the end user for incidental or consequential, personal injury or damages, whether foreseeable or not, including but not limited to that which arises out of misuse of our products, inability to use equipment, lost business, loss of profits, or inconvenience arising out of, or connected with, the use of products sold by Clear Solutions Canada Inc.
If Clear Solutions Canada Inc. is unable to repair a product covered by this warranty, or if an identical replacement is not available, the original price paid for this product will be refunded, or a suitable product of equal or greater value may be substituted.
